In the beginning, Lavoro Technologies started by looking at manual workflows in the oilfield and watching all the associated inefficiencies and costs. Believing there was an opportunity, we began to offer operations, engineering, and finance clients help with digitizing workflows, building security, visualization, analytics, cloud technology, and backend system integration.

    Eric Fidler

    President & CEO

    Eric Fidler currently serves as the CEO of Lavoro Technologies. He is responsible for achieving the company objectives and also strategy and development of the company. 

    During his 35-year career in the global oil and gas industry, working in the exploration, production, and transportation segments, Fidler has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility in global services companies all related to the application of automation and information systems. In his current post, he draws on his knowledge and experience to lead Lavoro Technologies as it develops information solutions for the industry. 

    Previously, he was President of Intech Process Automation and Director, Global Oil & Gas Industry for Rockwell Automation.

    Jim Campbell

    Chief Administrative Officer

    Jim Campbell is the Chief Administrative Officer at Lavoro Technologies. He is responsible for the finance and accounting function, human resources, legal matters and the systems required for the company to achieve its goals.

    During his business career Mr. Campbell has served several companies in senior C suite positions. He was the Managing Director and CEO of the North American operations of R. Stahl, Inc. Stahl, headquartered in Germany, is a premier provider of explosion proof equipment to the oil and gas industry. He provided leadership to the company as it doubled in size over three years. Additionally, he has been CFO of several organizations and has provided administrative leadership to both private and public entities.

    He has extensive experience in managing growth. Lavoro is working to implement a state of the art, cloud-based platform to conduct its operations and meet its customers’ requirements.

    Brandon Davis

    Chief Technology Officer

    Brandon Davis is Chief Technology Officer at Lavoro Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Davis was Chief Software Architect at On Center Software where he led transition of the company's software for construction estimating from on premises to a cloud-based SaaS solution. 

    Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis worked in software development and testing for Microsoft and Boeing. At ConneXion by Boeing he worked on mobile Satcom services, where he wrote applications to monitor and diagnose anomalies in global satellite networks. At Microsoft, he was a key contributor on the SQL Server team, working on numerous releases of the product as well as the cloud-based SQL Azure service. 

    Mr. Davis has a BS degree in Computer Science and a BA in Entrepreneurship from Washington State University.

    Jack Messman

    Co-founder & Chairman

    Jack Messman serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Lavoro Technologies. In this capacity he provides advice and council to the Executive Management. Most recently, Jack was Non-Executive Chairman of Telogis (a SaaS offering for management, scheduling and tracking of truck fleets which recently sold to Verizon for roughly $900 Million). Prior to this, Jack served as CEO at Novell Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners and Union Pacific Resources. 

    Jack earned his MBA at Harvard and holds a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Delaware.

  • Derek Jett

    Senior VP of Sales

    Derek Jett is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Lavoro Technologies.  He is responsible for leading the company with regards to generating sales revenue, building the sales infrastructure as well as building on a strategic global scale to align with the overall direction of the company. 

    Derek’s background includes senior level positions at other organizations which more recently included a twelve year period with Telogis, the leading software platform provider of a suite of products in a SAAS environment.  His role began in the early stages of company and he played a significant role in building the infrastructure internally while leading and guiding a sales team with key focus on the largest strategic enterprise customers in North America.  He became recognized as a senior leader championing innovative strategies formulated to move large companies to adopt the full SAAS platform as well as leading the industry in year over year performance and industry leading revenue gains throughout his twelve year tenure. 

    His skill set comes from a key focus on SAAS applications and platform, IOT, mobility applications and various other software platform as well as leadership expertise in strategic planning from an overall sales execution perspective.

    Derek attended the University of Memphis.

  • Greg Dziewit

    Greg Dziewit

    VP of Professional Services

    Greg Dziewit serves as the Vice President of Professional Services for Lavoro Technologies where he leads solution engineering, customer implementations, training, customer success and support teams. He oversees every aspect of the customer lifecycle experience, from solution design to deployment and integration to post-deployment support and customer management of Lavoro’s solutions.

    Greg's background includes senior level positions in professional services, sales, and product management for other software companies. Most recently, Greg led the automotive OEM business unit for Telogis, Inc / Verizon Connect, a leading SaaS provider of mobility solutions.

    Greg holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
